 Baoji Changli Special Metal Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, is a professional manufacturer and exporter of Titanium & Nickel products, with an area of 15,000 square meters, located in Baoji, known as “Titanium City of China” .we are an I S O 9001:2008 certified by SGS company and assessed & approved by BV company .
We own 50 sets of advanced production equipments and more than 20 inspection equipments for our products, Until the year 2012, the volume of export is account for US$15 million. We have 76 workers, of whom, 12 Middle and Senior technicians in three workshops .Besides, we strictly make our products according to ASTM, AMS, JIS, DIN, ASME, DMS, TOCT, and GB specifications. And we own advanced chemical and physical Lab room and testing methods for our products guided under professional technical teams and domestic famous professor Mr Yang .
Our main products are MMO Titanium anode, Titanium tube,Titanium plate, rods and Nickel tube, Nickel plate, Nickel rod & wire, Titanium clad materials, which are widely used in the fields of aeronautics, spaceflight, metallurgy, petroleum, Power plants, tourism, sport, chemical engineering, light industry, environment protection, and ocean industry. Most of our products are exported to Korea, Japan, Germany, Russia, U.S.A, U.K, India, Taiwan and Israel etc more than 30 countries and areas.

宝鸡市昌立特种金属有限公司成立于2003年，位于中国钛城—宝鸡市高新区马营镇，是集钛镍材料及其制品生产、加工的高科技民营企业，占地面地15000平方米。
公司现有有色金属加工专业生产设备50多台，总价值970万元，年有色金属材料及产品生产能力30000件，总价值8000余万元，至2011年，年出口钛镍材料及制品达800余万美元，现有职工76人，其中高、中级科技人员12名，下属3个生产车间。主要从事有色金属深度加工，产品可按照ASTM AMS JIS ASME DMS TOCT GB等标准生产，产品有：钛阳极、钛管、钛板、钛棒、钛网、钛锻件；镍管、镍板、镍棒、镍环、镍锻件等材料；钛镀钌阳极、钛镀铱阳极、钛镀铱钽阳极、钛镀铂阳极、钛镀二氧化铅阳极等；钛镍管件管道设备制造。
公司产品在国内外航空、航天、石化、电力、环保、氯碱企业工程、纯碱行业、电解、电镀、冶炼工业均得到了成功的应用，并出口韩国、俄罗斯、美国、新加坡、印度、台湾、以色列等国家和地区。
