技术条件依据是：IMOA.809（19）、GB15304-94、IEC61097-12、MSC.149（77）
设备外部设有符合A.809（19）附件1第13条这规定的标签。

Able to use voice for distress, urgency, safety and public service communication. 
Line with the global maritime distress and safety system(GMDSS) requirements for marine radio communication equipment technology. 
"16" channel for the red button to help the independent channel. 
Technical requirements based on: IMOA.809 (19), GB15304-94, IEC61097-12, MSC.149 (77) 
There should be consistent with the external device A.809(19) Annex 1, the provisions of section 13 of this label.
