单级立式轴流泵
ZLB,ZLD-TYPE AXIAL FLOW PUMP概 述ZLD、ZIJB型泵系单级立式轴流泵,液体沿泵轴轴线方向流动。适用于抽送清水、污水(或废水)及带有轻微腐蚀性的液体,被输送液体温度一般不高于50℃。本型泵是大流量、低扬程用泵,可供农田排灌、盐厂、养殖、供水、排水、污水处理、电厂输送循环水、船坞升降水位或其它水利工程之用,亦可用于冶金、化工等行业(特殊要求可另行设计),使用十分广泛。流量Q 598~20750m3/h,扬程H 0.85~12.7m 性能范围结构说明本型泵为双基础立式分体式结构,均配普通立式电机。
1、 双基础立式分体式结构(参看结构示意图)
泵主要是由泵本体和传动装置,传动轴等组成。轴流泵本体部分由进水喇叭,叶轮,导叶体,出水弯管,轴,轴承,填料密封等组成。泵轴两端借上下两付水润滑橡胶轴承(或P23轴承)支承,轴颈表面镀以硬铬。
填料盒座上有一短管,泵起动前,通过该短管用人工输送清水或肥皂水来润滑轴承。P23轴承不需事先引水润滑。泵轴两端各设一组螺母,分别与叶轮座和联轴器固定。泵运转时,全部轴向力由传动装置内的推力轴承承受。泵转子的轴向位移由传动装置内的调整螺母来调整。
泵的轴向力、传动装置与电机的重量、转子重量均由支承传动装置的楼面基础承受。泵的外壳重量由泵基础承受。
立式电机与水泵之间设传动轴,传动轴的电机端为弹性联轴器,水泵端为刚性联轴器。电动安装高程L由用户与生产厂商定。
传动轴长度一般在安装外形图所规定的“L”尺寸范围内使用,如超过规定的尺寸,则需设中间轴承;为避免传动轴过长,必要时还应加设中间传动轴。型号说明350ZLB-6

Head H 0.85~12.7m轴流泵的出水流道一般采用直锥式扩散出水管,末端安装出水活门,流道长时在扩散管与活门间加设直管。
双基础立式分体式轴流泵的电机直联传动装置,亦可采用平皮带传动或其他传动方式,视用户要求另行设计。

4、叶片外缘与叶轮室间隙约为0.1%叶轮外径;输送介质为污水、杂质时此间隙应适当加大。

6、封闭式结构:机房采用沉井封闭式,水泵基座采用环形梁。在水位落差比较大的情况下,采用封闭式结构,能降低安装高度L,避免机房在水位上涨时被淹没;此外,由于降低了安装高度L,从而保证了安装精度,降低成本。STRUCTURE DESCRIPTIONThis pump is a vertical split double base structure, are equipped with common vertical motor.
1. Double base vertical split structure (see schematic)
Pump mainly combines the pump body and gear, shaft and other components.
Axil flow pump combines outlet speakers, impeller, guide vane body, the water pipe, shafts, bearings, packing and so on. Shaft is beareed by the upper and lower ends of the shaft water lubricated rubber bearings (or P23 bearing), the journal surface is in hard chrome plated.
Packing box seat with a short tube, before starting the pump through short tube munally transfer of water or soapy water to lubricate the bearings. P23 bearing no need without prior water lubrication.
Shaft ends, each with a set of nut, respectively fixed on the impeller seat and the coupling. During pump operation, all the axial force from the transmission is withstand by the thrust bearing. The pump rotor displacement is adjusted by the drive nut adjustment.
Axial force, drives and motor weight, the rotor gear weight are beared by the floor foundation. Pump case withstand the weight of the pump shell weight.
Vertical shaft located between the motor and pump, the motor shaft end is the flexible coupling, pump-side is a rigid coupling. L Electric Installation elevation set by the user and manufacturer.Overall shaft length is generally installed under the map "L" size range use, such as exceeding the prescribed size, you need to set intermediate bearing; in order to avoid long shaft, when it is necessary need to add intermediate shaft.
Axial flow pump outlet passage generally spread by direct cone outlet pipe, the end with installation of water valves, when flow is, add straight pipe between valve and the proliferation pipe.
Double vertical split axial flow pump motor based on direct-drive device, or by flat belt drive or other transmission mode, depending on the user requirements be designed.

3. Clearance diameter between the pump base and the guide vane is 0.5 to 0.6%.
4. The outer edge of the impeller and impeller chamber gap is about 0.1% ; when the transmission medium is water, impurities the gap should be appropriately increased.
5. Rotation: view from the motor, the pump is clockwise rotation.
6. Closed structure: a closed room with open caisson, water pump base with circular beam. In the case of large water level drop, using closed structure, can reduce the installation height of L, to avoid the engine room flooded when the water level rising; In addition, due to lower installation height L, thus ensuring the installation accuracy and reduce costs.
